Coaching helps you solve problems and build your strengths from inside out. While you're dealing with current issues, you're also building skills that stay with you for life.

The coach don't do it for you - but make you do it for yourself.

Even when you know what you want, it's not always easy to get it. It can be very difficult to make the changes you need and want. The coach will help you create a structure that makes it easier to do that. Coaching is action-oriented. It's about helping you get from where you are, to where you want to be.

Coaching will help you deal more effectively with business. It can help you with issues such as:

  • Marketing your business
  • Seeing the bigger picture
  • thinking strategically
  • Clarifying complex business decisions
  • Setting priorities
  • Following up on your goals to make them happen
  • Dealing with interpersonal issues at work
  • Separating facts and emotions
  • Balancing life and work

Thinking happens in our mind, and emotions come from our heart, literally or figuratively. In practice, however, our emotions often affect our "logical" thinking. And our feelings often stem from thoughts we have more or less consciously. This is known as "emotional intelligence" but may seem like a paradox.

As you become more conscious of these processes, you are better able to distinguish your emotional intelligence from your logical thinking.

There is a double benefit to this when you sharpen your logical thinking, as it is less intertwined with your emotions, and you get fuller access to the clarity and visceral power of your emotional intelligence.

Part of coaching is to define the goals and evaluate the progress. This allows us to recognize what helps you and what hinders you, strengthen what is good for you, and weaken the grip of what blocks you. Maybe, you're confused about what your goals are. Coaching can help you better understand what you really want, and why you're having difficulty getting it.

Something shifts. You begin to see things differently. This is not just about ideas, concepts, words. You experience the situation differently. It feels different. And your way of dealing with things is different.

This is especially useful when you're making changes. You'll be able to you tap into your emotional intelligence. You'll become more conscious of how emotions are embodied in your tone of voice, and your body language. When you talk to the coach about your situation, it won't feel like you're just mouthing off the same old stuff.

As you make more use of your emotiotional intelligence, you will experience things at a deeper level - not just words, something really meaningful. And you will see how you can use your emotions as a drive to action, instead of a block. As a result, you will be better able to use your emotional intelligence in the pursuit of your goals. The real test of your emotional IQ is how you use it in real life.

When things are not working out the way they should, and you're feeling stuck: You're setting goals about work, or about personal matters - But it's not happening, and you feel discouraged. You're trying to change bad habits, and they prove to be more resistant than you expected. You're not happy with the way things are with people at work, or in your personal life.

When you want to learn to truly be yourself - your personal coach will help you to be with others and not lose yourself.
